Cyanotype workshop - aehstudio x MakerBay

Cyanotype is a classical photographic printing process, which referred to the blueprint used by Architects and Engineers to produce copies of drawing in 20th century. The process required two chemicals: ammonium iron(III) citrate and potassium ferricyanide. The prints can be made from negatives films. A positive image can be produce under receiving UV radiation, that the unreacted chemical will be washed out after exposure. The final image turns instantly blue and reaches contrast after the treatment.
